Mackay Kart Club Constitution
A club constitution is the foundational legal document that outlines how our sporting club is structured and governed. It sets out the rules for membership, decision-making, roles and responsibilities of committee members, and how the club operates.
In Queensland, having a constitution is a requirement for incorporated associations under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Qld). It ensures transparency, fairness, and consistency in how we manage our club and serve our members.
Our constitution reflects our commitment to good governance, compliance with state regulations, and the promotion of an inclusive, well-run sporting community.

Mackay Kart Club Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct sets the standard for behavior across all levels of our sporting club — for players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and supporters. It outlines the values we uphold, including respect, fairness, integrity, and sportsmanship.
By following the Code of Conduct, we create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment where everyone can enjoy and grow through sport. All members are expected to understand and adhere to these guidelines as part of their commitment to the club.

Mackay Kart Club By-Laws
Our By-Laws provide additional rules and procedures that support the day-to-day management of the club. They work alongside our Constitution to guide how we operate, covering areas such as membership, meetings, elections, and disciplinary procedures.
By-laws ensure consistency, fairness, and clarity in the way our club functions. They are reviewed and updated as needed to reflect the evolving needs of our members and the sporting community.
